JOB TITLE: Frac Driver
POSITION REPORTS TO: Terminal Manager
WAGES: Hourly. Commensurate with experience and position
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Properly load and unload product at various customer locations in a professional, courteous, timely, safe, and efficient manner

Connect and disconnect hoses, operating pumps and valves for loading and unloading, safely filling tanks using various size hoses, nozzles and fittings

Follow delivery instructions, and maintain compliance with all DOT company and customer safety and operational policies and procedures

Timely fuel all equipment on location

Accurately complete paperwork and submit at the end of each shift

Perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties

Read, write and communicate using English language sufficiently enough to perform job functions
- Other related tasks as assigned by manager
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age 23
- Valid class A or B license with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a good driving record and a good understanding of DOT regulations

One year of commercial driving experience. (Tanker, fuel, and bulk liquid hauling experience preferred.)

Must be able to drive a 10 speed

Must be able to operate an Ipad and a computer effectively

Must have some mechanical and electrical aptitude and experience working with pumps

Must have a professional appearance and attitude, and abide by the company dress code policy
- Must be able to work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel overnight
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, and for 12 to 18 hours per day
- Must be willing to travel out of town, overnight stay
- Good basic math skills, and ability to communicate well in verbal and written fashion
- Strong customer service skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task, manage time, organize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Experience hauling fuel in tanker truck or bobtail
