Lubes Call Specialist
POSITION REPORTS TO: Manager of ORS and Lube Order Entry
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday; hours to be determined-day shift; some overtime may be required
WAGES: Commensurate with experience
INTERNAL TRANSFERS: To qualify for an internal transfer at Sun Coast, you must have been in your current position for a minimum of one year, and be in good standing. Internal applicants should notify their supervisor or manager of their interest in the new position.
Responsibilities
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients and sales staff
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
• Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
• Create sales orders for lubes
• Handle incoming phone calls
• Converse with customers regarding lube orders
• Manage group e-mailbox which includes responding to e-mails
• Other related tasks and projects as assigned by manager
• Data entry
• 2 to 4 years of administrative experience
• Must be willing and able to work overtime when necessary
• Accurate written and typing skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Professionalism
• Good telephone etiquette
• Good organizational skills
• Must exhibit a stable past employment history
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook
• Good organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Courteous, professional and understanding nature when dealing with customers
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment
Preferred
• SAP Experience
• Experience in the transportation industry
