RESPONSIBILITIES � Schedule classes based on availability of classroom, equipment, and instructors. � Organize and develop training procedure and guides. � Maintain records and write reports to monitor and evaluate training activities and program effectiveness � Maintain records of completed training classes and certifications. � Identify educational needs. � Develop formal training programs or classes. � Teach and instruct others. � Other tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS � Good organizational skills � Must be able to multi-task � Strong written and verbal skills � Must be adept at problem solving � Knowledge of instructional methods and training techniques � Must be able to manage one�s time well � Use multiple approaches when learning and/or teaching new things � Motivate, develop, and direct people as they work � Identify the best people for the job � Must have the ability to speak clearly and be understood by an audience � SAP experience � Efficient in typing and 10 key by touch � Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point proficiency � Must be able to work well with others in a fast paced team environment
